I just cannot fathom what this poor girl must go through in order to feel the need to do this to herself. She was beautiful before she went under the knife. (Can I just remind you all that she is 23 years old?! TWENTY THREE!)

but i agree she looked better before..
seeing the before and after photos is so painful to my eyes! she was so naturally pretty before and now she looks like a barbie doll. eewy. i might add that the plastic surgeon did a bad job on the 'chin reduction'. it looks like a bigger, man-chin now. and why would a skinny 23 year old need lipo?
ffuuuuck hollywood and society's portrayal of an 'ideal' beautiful woman.

ugh. she was pretty to start with. she looks like a cartoon. a bad cartoon. i imagine she'd lie on her front and her ribs wouldnt even touch the ground her boobs would be so damn big. and defy gravity!

I agree!! She looks gorgeous in the first photo you posted, by the end she looks like a playboy-bimbo.
Such a shame... I blame that husband of his.
